Creamy Italian Cauliflower Rice


Eating a ketogenic lifestyle doesn’t have to be all complicated recipes that take hours to prepare. You don’t have to spend all of your Sunday’s in the kitchen food prepping the day away. This is the weekly #3IT “Three Ingredient Thursday.” I post super simple basic recipes that are made using only 3 ingredients (spices not included). Easy on your time, easy on your wallet, and easy on on you sanity!

Creamy Italian Cauliflower Rice

12 oz package frozen riced cauliflower
1/4 cup cream cheese
2 Tbsp butter
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
salt & pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350F. In a small sauce pan over medium heat, combine and blend together butter, cream cheese, garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Place frozen riced cauliflower in an 8X8 baking dish. Add butter and cream cheese mixture to cauliflower and mix until well combined. Flatten out into an even layer. Bake for 25 minutes uncovered at 350F.
