Mom’s Pimento Cream Cheese Celery

My mother has made this recipe as an appetizer for holidays since the beginning of time. No cooking required with this one!

Mom’s Pimento Cream Cheese Celery

3 celery stalks, cut into 2-3” pieces
2 ounces cream cheese
10 pimento stuffed green olives, minced

Cream together cream cheese and minced olives. Top celery sticks.
