Finally Worked Zucchini Chips
6 (4oz) Zucchini slices, thin sliced
6 (1oz) deli pepperoni slices
5 Tbsp (1.25oz) grated extra sharp cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 375F. Layer on a baking sheet first pepperoni, then zucchini, and top with cheese. Bake for 10 minutes on middle rack. Move baking sheet to top rack and cook additional 5 minutes. Delicious served with optional low carb marinara sauce.
Great for an appetizer or late night snack!
