3IT Keto Cheesecake

Eating a ketogenic lifestyle doesn’t have to be all complicated recipes that take hours to prepare. You don’t have to spend all of your Sunday’s in the kitchen food prepping the day away. This is the weekly #3IT “3 Ingredient Thursday.” I post super simple basic recipes that are made using only 3 ingredients (spices not included). Easy on your time, easy on your wallet, and easy on your sanity!
3IT Keto Cheesecake (cheesecake seriously? Using only 3 ingredients, in less than 30 minutes, for 1.9 g net carbs…what?!? 😮😍)

8 oz cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp coconut flour
1/4 cup powdered Swerve
1 tsp cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350F. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Divide batter among 6 muffin cups with paper liners. Bake for 25 minutes.
Great for putting those sweets cravings to bed! If you want to step things up to 4 or 5 ingredients, top with sugar free strawberry preserves and/or whip cream 😋

0.8g Fiber
6g Sugar Alcohol
