Bacon Whisps with Avocado Salsa Dip

Made by the people, for the people! Ketonom’s Instagram followers shared their most favorite keto foods: bacon, cheese, and avocado. And now here is YOUR amazingly delicious ketogenic recipe!

Ingredients

Bacon Whisps:

  • 1/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese
  • 1 Tbsp Bacon pieces
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

Avocado Salsa Dip:

  • 1/4 cup guacamole salsa
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp medium chunky salsa
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions

Bacon Whisps:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
  3. Add 1/2 Tbsp of mix to cups of a non-stick mini muffin pan (fills about 11 cups).
  4. Bake at 350F for 10 minutes.
  5. Remove bacon whisps from pan immediately and place on a paper towel for 2 minutes. A small offset spatula easily pops the bacon whisps out of the mini muffin pan.

Avocado Salsa Dip:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
  2. Serve with Bacon Whisps.
