6 jarred Pepperoncinis
1.75oz Smoked Gouda, cut into 6 pieces
6 slices of Bacon
Preheat oven to 400F. Cut the tops off each pepperoncini and remove seeds. Stuff with each with one piece of gouda. Wrap each in one slice of bacon. Bake for 20 minutes.
Great for an appetizer or late night snack!
