This is the first weekly #3IT “Three Ingredient Thursday.” I’ll be posting super simple basic recipes that are made using only 3 ingredients (spices not included). Easy on your time, easy on your wallet, and easy on your sanity!
Egg Salsa Sausage Cups
6 large eggs, scrambled
4 pre-cooked breakfast sausages, diced
3 Tbsp medium heat salsa
Preheat oven to 350F. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Spray muffin pan with non-stick spray. Divide mix among 6 muffin tin cups. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
Great for grabbing on the go in the morning!
