Presto Pesto

Presto. Its pesto. And its amazing.


  • 2 1/2 cups packed fresh basil leaves
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 3 minced garlic cloves
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan
  • 3 tbsp walnuts
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


  1. Add basil, garlic cloves, salt, pepper, and olive oil to food processor and blend until well.
  2. Add parmesan and blend well again.
  3. Add walnuts and pulse until size of desired walnut pieces are achieved. Makes approximately 1 cup of pesto.

    Sound delicious. I just post some cilantro pesto. I didn’t put cheese since I’m lactose intolerant. I love pesto

      I’ve made spinach basil pesto before that was pretty great also. I love pesto, too!
